FAQ

Do you have to be a member?

No, we also offer daily rates that are competitive with other rental shops in the area.

What do you do about dings/dents/breaks?

We do our best to keep our boards in top condition and hope that you treat them as your own and do the same. That being said we understand that accidents do happen. We have a detailed price list of what different damage costs to get repaired and you will be liable. We also offer an insurance package for those of you who would like a little more piece of mind.

Does the board come with fins and leash?

We have found that most of our clients already own a set of premium fins which we recommend using. If you either don’t have a set or want to try a board that has a different fin box system then you have we do offer loaner sets of the basic plastic fins. We do carry higher end fins for sale also which members get a discount on. The same goes for leashes.

How many times can you swap boards?

You can swap boards out as often as you would like. One wave, one hour, one day, does not matter. We encourage you to try a lot of different boards to find exactly what you are looking for.

Do your boards have FCS or Futures?

Our boards are 70% Futures and 30% FCS.  After talking with our shapers during the ordering process we found this to be the average that they were making for their customers so we wanted to follow suit. We do have Fins available for both systems if you don’t so no need to worry.

How much does it cost?

We offer monthly memberships starting at $99. If you would like to get insurance on the boards you are riding, pricing starts at $149. We also offer discounted pricing when you choose to do a longer membership. Daily rentals are available for $39 per day.
